The posting

Haeger & Carlsson söker dig som har en gedigen erfarenhet av att arbeta som Finance Director inom tillverkande Life science bolag (GMP-produktionsanläggning med forskning och utveckling).

I detta konsultuppdrag får du möjligheten att arbeta hos en uppdragsgivare som är i en dynamisk och expansiv fas. Som Finance Director Senior kommer du att leda ett litet, tvärfunktionellt team som omfattar redovisning, controlling, FP&A och operations/product costing. Rollen har också globalt produktfinansiellt ansvar för Matrix-verksamheten.

Syftet uppdraget: Att säkerställa kontinuitet och ett starkt finansiellt ledarskap, hålla alla lagstadgade krav, SOX och rapportering på rätt spår, leda och stötta Finance-teamet och driva pågående process- och systemförbättringar framåt, leda Finance-teamet genom den globala omstruktureringen av Finance, agera som en förtroendeingivande finansiell motpart till sitets ledning.

Kvalifikationer & Erfarenheter:

  • Kandidatexamen eller högre inom finans, redovisning, företagsekonomi eller liknande.
  • Tidigare erfarenhet som Finance Director/CFO eller motsvarande för ett svenskt producerande bolag.
  • Bevisad förmåga att leda ett mindre finansteam som omfattar redovisning och controlling.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en matrisorganisation, med rapportering till både en lokal General Manager och en global (amerikansk) funktion.
  • God förståelse för internkontroll och riskhantering, samt erfarenhet av att arbeta med revisorer i reglerad miljö.
  • Stark kunskap om svensk lagstadgad redovisning (ÅRL, BFL, K3), moms, arbetsgivaravgifter och internprissättning.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med extern revision och myndigheter.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet som förändringsledare - att leda processförbättring och automation inom Finance.
  • Kan hantera två rapporteringslinjer och förena lokala och globala prioriteringar.
  • Utmärkta kommunikativa färdigheter och flytande i tal och skrift gällande engelska och svenska.
  • Erfarenhet från life science, läkemedel, bioteknik eller annan GMP-reglerad tillverkning är meriterande.

Personlighet:

  • Stark prioriterings- och tidshanteringsförmåga, du håller överenskomna deadlines.
  • Mycket god förmåga att analysera finansiell information.
  • Har en hög trovärdig gentemot ledning, revisorer och det amerikanska moderbolaget; stark affärspartnerförmåga.
  • Van att själv arbeta operativt (hands-on) och kunna utföra, granska och fördjupa sig i bokslut, kalkyler, analyser och rapporter.
  • Agerar med en hög integritet samt har en god förmåga att arbeta självständigt men även samarbeta nära med kollegor och ledning.
  • Du har ett affärsmässigt perspektiv och du kan se hur delarna passar in i helheten.
