Join Diamyd Medicals Manufacturing Team in Umeå as a Logistics Coordinator
Diamyd Medical is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to their state-of-the-art Biologics Manufacturing facility in Umeå. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, GMP-regulated environment where innovation, teamwork, resilience and compassion drive the company’s success.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in line with company procedures.
- Ensure goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Manage procurement from approved suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and other applicable regulations.
- Identify and implement improvements to logistics and supply chain processes.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate logistics documentation and records.
- Monitor supply chain risks and support business continuity.
Qualifications:
- Relevant university degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- Experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work in complex spreadsheets, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy.
- Experience from a GMP- and/or ISO-regulated environment is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. The ability to communicate clearly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, is also required.
