The posting

Haemers Technologies dépollue des sols contaminés en Europe et à l'international grâce à ses technologies de désorption thermique. Nous cherchons la personne qui fera vivre notre communication (interne et externe) et notre marketing : celle qui va chercher l'information dans les projets, les chantiers et la R&D, et la transforme en contenus, en évènements et en visibilité.

Il s'agit d'un département à part entière, rattaché au Team Leader Innovation & Business Development avec un lien direct à la Direction Générale. Vous contribuez à définir la stratégie avec la Direction et en êtes le moteur au quotidien. Vous ne connaissez pas la dépollution des sols en arrivant ? Pas de souci : vous avez envie de comprendre, vous posez des questions, et vous restituez sans contresens ce qu'un ingénieur ou un technicien vous a expliqué.

Responsabilités

  • Être le point central de l'information communicable (projets, chantiers, R&D, vie interne).
  • Créer les contenus : articles, visuels, vidéos, newsletters et mises à jour du site web.
  • Animer les réseaux sociaux (LinkedIn en priorité) et développer les relations presse.
  • Organiser les salons et les évènements internes (lunch & learn, journées d'équipe, webinars).
  • Piloter le plan de communication, suivre les résultats et soutenir la génération de leads dans Odoo.

Indispensable

  • 4 à 7 ans d'expérience en communication et marketing.
  • Français et anglais écrits irréprochables.
  • Maîtrise des outils : InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, suite Adobe, CMS, emailing.
  • Grande autonomie : vous réalisez vous-même vos livrables.
  • Curiosité pour les sujets techniques.

Un plus

  • Expérience en PME ou en environnement industriel B2B.
  • Connaissance du néerlandais.
  • Usage raisonné des outils d'IA générative.
  • Compétences en montage vidéo (Premiere Pro).
