Votre stage

Nous recherchons un·e stagiaire Achats & Administration pour rejoindre notre équipe sur notre site de Nivelles, idéalement pour une durée de 6 mois minimum.

Intégré·e au département Operations et accompagné·e par l’Operation Manager de Nivelles, vous participerez au soutien des équipes dans la préparation des projets, la gestion des achats et des approvisionnements, l’organisation des stocks ainsi que dans différentes tâches liées au bon fonctionnement administratif du bureau. Vous travaillerez également en étroite collaboration avec les Project Managers, les superviseurs de chantier et le département Comptabilité.

Ce stage offre une expérience polyvalente, à la croisée des achats, de la logistique et de l’administration, avec l’opportunité de découvrir concrètement le fonctionnement opérationnel d’une entreprise et de gagner progressivement en autonomie.

Vos missions

Achats & approvisionnements

Vous participerez notamment à :

  • L’organisation et au suivi des achats et commandes via Odoo ;
  • La recherche et l’identification de fournisseurs adaptés aux besoins des équipes ;
  • La préparation des demandes de prix et appels d’offres ainsi qu’à l’analyse des réponses ;
  • La comparaison des offres en matière de prix, délais et conditions ;
  • Au suivi des commandes, des livraisons et des fournisseurs ;
  • La planification des approvisionnements en matériel ;
  • La gestion et au suivi des stocks dans Odoo ;
  • L’organisation des inventaires.

Administration générale

Vous contribuerez également à :

  • La réception, la distribution et l’envoi du courrier ;
  • La gestion des stocks de fournitures et consommables de bureau ;
  • La préparation et au suivi des commandes de fournitures ;

L’archivage, au classement et à différentes tâches administratives ponctuelles en soutien aux équipes.

Votre profil

Nous recherchons idéalement un·e étudiant·e en Bachelor ou Master, avec un intérêt pour les achats, la supply chain, la logistique, la gestion ou l’administration.

Vous vous reconnaissez dans les qualités suivantes :

  • Rigueur, méthode et sens de l’organisation ;
  • Autonomie et envie d’apprendre ;
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et à vous adapter ;
  • Bon esprit d’équipe et aisance dans la communication ;
  • Intérêt pour la négociation et les relations fournisseurs ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office ;
  • Connaissance d’Odoo ;
  • Bon niveau d’anglais.
