Was Dich erwartet

Die Ausbildung dauert 3,5 Jahre und wird in Bad Oldesloe in der Entwicklungsabteilung durchgeführt. Bei guten Leistungen kann sie auch verkürzt werden und nach einem erfolgreichen Abschluss ist eine Übernahme unser Ziel. Der Beruf des Technischen Produktdesigners (m/w/d) ist besonders vielfältig, denn du setzt ganz unterschiedliche Produkte gestalterisch um. Als kreativer Kopf bist du hier also genau richtig. Neben der Analyse, Konzeption und Prototypen- und Serienbetreuung gehören nämlich auch die Ideenfindung und Präsentation zu den Aufgaben.

Was innerhalb der Ausbildung passiert

Im ersten Ausbildungsjahr hast du deinen Arbeitsplatz in unserer Entwicklungsabteilung. Neben dem Erlernen von CAD-Programmen setzt du dich in der Ausbildungswerkstatt aktiv mit diversen Werkstoffen auseinander. Hinzu kommen weitere Grundlagen wie zum Beispiel das Erstellen technischer Dokumente für die Freigabe von Bauteilen.

Im zweiten Ausbildungsjahr eignest du dir Wissen über Fertigungsverfahren und Montagetechniken an, entwirfst und berechnest Bauteile und Baugruppen und führst qualitätssichernde Maßnahmen durch. Zudem beginnst du, dich mit der Fachrichtung Produktgestaltung und Konstruktion auseinanderzusetzen.

Im dritten Ausbildungsjahr vertiefst du diese Fachrichtung mit Bereichen wie der Auswahl von Fertigungs- und Fügeverfahren und Montagetechniken sowie Simulation und Präsentation. Außerdem bekommst du einen Einblick in die Steuerungs- und Elektrotechnik.

Im vierten Ausbildungsjahr bereitest du dich vorrangig auf deine Abschlussprüfung vor. Um gleich durchstarten zu können, wirst du schon langsam in die aktuellen Entwicklungsprozesse der verschiedenenen Hako-Produkte eingebunden. Während der gesamten Ausbildung wirst du nach Möglichkeit in angrenzenden Abteilungen entweder hospitieren oder aktiv mitarbeiten.
