Unsere internationalen Vertriebsprozesse werden zunehmend digital: Mit dem Rollout von CRM und CPQ schaffen wir eine einheitliche Sales-Infrastruktur für unsere Tochtergesellschaften weltweit. Für dieses strategische Digitalisierungsprojekt suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit auf Senior-Level, die Verantwortung für ganze Länder übernimmt, eng mit der lokalen Geschäftsleitung zusammenarbeitet und den Rollout aktiv mitgestaltet, statt nur zu verwalten. Für die Abteilung Marketing & Digital Sales am Standort Bad Oldesloe suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin unbefristet in Vollzeit einen

Senior Projectmanager (m/w/d) Digital Sales Systems

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Verantwortung der (inter-)nationalen digitalen Vertriebsprojekte von der Planung bis zur Implementierung.
  • Rollout, Betreuung und kontinuierlicher Optimierung der CRM- und CPQ-Systeme in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Marketing und externen Stakeholdern.
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Vertriebskanäle mit Fokus auf CRM und CPQ zur Optimierung der Vertriebsprozesse.
  • Anbindung von CRM und CPQ an SAP, inklusive internationaler Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung.
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Ausbau der CPQ-Rollout-Projekte bei unseren Handelspartnern (Reseller), damit diese unsere Maschinen noch effizienter anbieten können.
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Software-Partner rund um CRM und CPQ zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Umsetzung.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung auf Senior-Level im Bereich CRM, CPQ oder IT-Projektmanagement, inklusive praktischer Erfahrung als (Teil-)Projektleitung in Digitalisierungsprojekten.
  • Mit CRM- und/oder CPQ-Systemen sowie technischen Schnittstellen kennst du dich aus, idealerweise auch im Zusammenspiel mit SAP; Erfahrung in der CPQ-Modellierung ist von Vorteil.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mind. Level C1) in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du arbeitest komplexe Themen empfängergerecht auf, vertrittst deine Position selbstbewusst und hast dabei ein gutes Gespür für unterschiedliche Interessen und Sichtweisen.
  • Du verantwortest dein Projekt weitgehend eigenständig, gehst dabei strukturiert und analytisch vor und behältst auch in sich entwickelnden Prozessen den Überblick.
