Hako baut ein digitales Lösungsgeschäft auf, das über den klassischen Maschinenvertrieb hinausgeht – und du gestaltest diesen Aufbau an vorderster Stelle mit. In einer neu geschaffenen Rolle in unserer Innovationsabteilung führst du Kommunen und kommunale Betriebe auf dem Weg zu unserer digitalen Softwarelösung: Du verstehst ihre Anforderungen, entwickelst passende Lösungskonzepte und begeisterst dich für digitale Produkte. Daher suchen wir für unsere Innovationsabteilung am Standort Bad Oldesloe zum nächstmöglichen Termin unbefristet in Vollzeit einen

Senior Solution Consultant (m/w/d) – Digitale Lösungen für Kommunen

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du gestaltest den Aufbau unseres neuen digitalen Geschäftsmodells als Softwarelösung innerhalb der Innovationsabteilung aktiv mit
  • Du berätst Kommunen und kommunale Betriebe und führst Kundenworkshops durch, um Anforderungen und Herausforderungen aufzunehmen
  • Du entwickelst passende Lösungskonzepte, Software-Demos und Präsentationen gemeinsam mit Kunde, Vertrieb und Innovationsteam
  • Du unterstützt unsere Vertriebsorganisation als fachliche Begleitung im Kundenkontakt, erstellst technische und kommerzielle Angebote und steuerst den Angebotsprozess, auch bei Ausschreibungen
  • Du übersetzt Kundenfeedback, Marktanforderungen und Praxiserfahrungen in konkrete Impulse für Produktentwicklung und Roadmap
  • Du bewertest die technische Machbarkeit realistisch und setzt Pilotprojekte professionell um

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung oder ein Studium mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in der Beratung von Softwarelösungen sowie ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Plattformen, Schnittstellen und datenbasierte Services; dazu Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands
  • Du verstehst, was Kunden wirklich weiterbringt, und entwickelst daraus realistische Lösungskonzepte, die halten, was sie versprechen; ein Interesse an kommunalen Vergabeprozessen ist ein willkommenes Plus
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) für den engen Austausch mit Kommunen sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (C1), jeweils in Wort und Schrift
  • Du bringst eine Beratungsmentalität statt reinem Verkaufsdenken mit, kommunizierst klar und verständlich und begeisterst unterschiedlichste Gesprächspartner für digitale Themen
  • Du bringst Innovationsgeist und Begeisterung für digitale Produkte mit, gehst interne Abstimmungen mit dem nötigen Standing an und hast Lust, in einer neuen Rolle etwas aufzubauen
