Dans le cadre d'une mobilité interne, Hamelin recherche son futur Chef d'Équipe Logistique Préparation F/H.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Bâtiments, vous organisez, animez et supervisez l'activité de préparation de commandes. Véritable manager de proximité, vous êtes garant(e) de la sécurité, de la qualité des opérations, du respect des délais et de la performance de votre secteur.

Vos missions

Management de proximité

  • Animer et accompagner une équipe de préparateurs de commandes au quotidien.
  • Organiser les prises de poste et les briefs d'équipe.
  • Développer la polyvalence et la montée en compétences des collaborateurs.
  • Accompagner l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et intérimaires.
  • Réaliser les points individuels et collectifs.
  • Gérer les situations opérationnelles et les difficultés du quotidien.

Pilotage de l'activité

  • Organiser et coordonner les opérations de préparation.
  • Répartir les ressources en fonction de la charge de travail.
  • Prioriser les commandes et gérer les urgences.
  • Garantir le respect des plannings et des délais.
  • Superviser les opérations de picking, colisage et palettisation.
  • Veiller à la fluidité des flux jusqu'à l'expédition.

Performance et amélioration continue

  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance de votre secteur.
  • Identifier les écarts et mettre en place les actions correctives adaptées.
  • Optimiser les flux logistiques et l'organisation du travail.
  • Participer aux projets d'amélioration continue.

Qualité et sécurité

  • Garantir la conformité des commandes préparées.
  • Veiller au respect des procédures et standards de l'entreprise.
  • Faire appliquer les règles de sécurité et le port des EPI.
  • Identifier les situations à risque et contribuer à la prévention des accidents.
  • Participer activement à la démarche qualité et à la satisfaction client.

Votre profil

Vous possédez une expérience réussie dans le management d'équipe au sein d'un environnement logistique, industriel ou de distribution.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour :

  • Votre leadership et votre sens du terrain.
  • Votre capacité à fédérer une équipe autour des objectifs.
  • Votre réactivité et votre sens de l'organisation.
  • Votre capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement opérationnel.
  • Votre culture du résultat et de l'amélioration continue.
  • Votre sensibilité forte aux enjeux de sécurité et de qualité.

Maîtrise du Pack Office indispensable. La connaissance de SAP constitue un atout supplémentaire.
