Für unseren Standort in Hannover suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Trade Marketing Manager (m/w/d), die unsere Marken im Handel sichtbar macht und verkaufsfördernde Konzepte erfolgreich umsetzt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsförderungsstrategien im B2C-Mass-Market-Umfeld
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Marketingkampagnen und POS-Aktionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb zur Erreichung gemeinsamer Verkaufsziele
  • Analyse von Verkaufsdaten sowie Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Entwicklung, Kalkulation und Umsetzung von Standard- und kundenindividuellen Displays inklusive Artikelanlage und Stammdatenpflege
  • Erstellung von Verkaufsförderungsmaterialien wie Broschüren, Werbeanzeigen und POS-Materialien
  • Erstellung von Artikel- und Verkaufsdatenblättern für Produkte, Produktpakete und Displays
  • Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Erfolgskontrolle von Marketing- und Verkaufsaktionen
  • Budgetplanung und Steuerung von Trademarketingmaßnahmen
  • Generierung von Kundeninsights durch direkte Kundenansprache
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen sowie Austausch mit externen Partnern und Agenturen

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Marketing, Handelsmarketing oder Verkaufsförderung
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung erfolgreicher Verkaufsförderungsmaßnahmen – idealerweise im FMCG-Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Category Management und in der Displayentwicklung sind von Vorteil
  • Kreativität und Gespür für markenwirksame und abverkaufsstarke Konzepte
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, idealerweise auch SAP
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamgeist und Durchsetzungsvermögen
