Die Aufgaben

  • In dieser Position sind sie ein Fachexperte für pharmazeutische Packmittel, Artwork-Prozesse und Herstelleranforderungen.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören die Erstellung und Pflege von Artwork- und Packmittelspezifikationen.
  • Sie koordinieren die Abstimmung mit internationalen Herstellern sowie gegebenenfalls mit Druckereien und Lieferanten.
  • Sie stellen die technische und regulatorische Konformität von Etiketten, Faltschachteln und Packungsbeilagen sicher.
  • Sie übernehmen die Erstellung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Packmittelartworks.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit den Bereichen Regulatory Affairs, Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement sowie externen Partnern zusammen.
  • Sie unterstützen die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Artwork- und Verpackungsprozesse.
  • Sie bringen sich in internationale Projekte ein und arbeiten gemeinsam mit europäischen Herstellern und Produktionsstandorten zusammen.
  • Sie wirken an modernen und zukunftsorientierten Verpackungs- und Artwork-Prozessen mit und gestalten deren Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit.
  • Darüber hinaus bietet Ihnen die Position vielseitige fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Das Profil

Was Sie erwartet:

  • Sie verfügen über einen naturwissenschaftlichen, pharmazeutischen, technischen oder drucktechnischen Hintergrund.
  • Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Artwork-, Material- und Verpackungsspezifikationen sowie technischen Prozessen mit.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Artwork Management, Regulatory Affairs oder in der Pharmaindustrie im Bereich Verpackung.
  • Sie gehen sicher mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen um.
  • Kenntnisse der Adobe Creative Cloud sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie ein Blick für Details runden Ihr Profil ab.
