Die Aufgaben

  • In Ihrer Funktion als Subject Matter Expert (SME) für den Produkttransfer von Parenteralia erstellen Sie produktspezifische Risikoanalysen zur Bewertung der technischen Machbarkeit und Umsetzung bei dem jeweiligen Auftragshersteller.
  • Sie definieren CMAs, CQAs und daraus resultierende CPPs unter Berücksichtigung der relevanten Guidelines.
  • Bei der Erstellung von Masterdokumentation zum Produkttransfer sind Sie maßgeblich beteiligt, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer internationalen Zulassungsabteilung.
  • Sie bewerten aus einem Produkttransfer resultierende Daten und Dokumente und generieren die im GMP-Umfeld notwendigen Schlussfolgerungen sowie entsprechende Maßnahmen.
  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört auch die Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von qualitätsrelevanten Abweichungen während der Transfers im aktiven Austausch mit dem Quality Team.
  • Vermarktungsrelevante Aspekte im Produkttransfer stimmen Sie mit den Teams von Supply und Sales ab.
  • Die vertretungsweise Bearbeitung der administrativen Erfordernisse von Produkttransfers wie Auftragserteilung und Rechnungstellung gehört genauso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die elektronische Dokumentenablage.

Das Profil

  • Sie verfügen über langjährige Erfahrung als Herstellungs- bzw. Linienleiter, Qualifizierungs-, Validierungs- oder Prozessexperte oder mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation im Produktionsumfeld von sterilen Arzneimitteln.
  • Kenntnisse zu regulatorischen Dokumenten (CMC Dossier / eCTD Modul 3), Anforderungen und Verfahren sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie haben Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sowie eine gut strukturierte, sehr sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, eine weitere Fremdsprache wäre von Vorteil.
  • Sie sind geübt im Umgang mit gängigen MS Office Anwendungen und vertraut mit der Anwendung von Programmen wie Copilot.
  • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und Ihre Arbeitszeit auch zeitweise an anderen Standorten der Firmengruppe zu verbringen.
