Als Teil der Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) der Hamilton AG übernimmt dieser Bereich zentrale Aufgaben für die Hamilton Unternehmen. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities sowie Finance sorgen dafür, dass Prozesse reibungslos laufen und Mitarbeitende weltweit optimal unterstützt werden.

Das kannst du bewirken:

Hauptaufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die ICT-Service- und Technologiearchitektur sowie deren strategische Weiterentwicklung und Governance. Sicherstellung der Abstimmung mit der Enterprise Architekturverantwortung in der Business IT in Bezug auf Geschäftsanforderungen und technologischen Lösungen zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele
  • Definition und Durchsetzung von Architekturprinzipien, Standards und Zielarchitekturen in Abstimmung mit der ICT-Strategie
  • Sicherstellung der Architektur- und Service-Governance unter Berücksichtigung etablierter Frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF)
  • Aufbau und Governance eines unternehmensweiten Servicekatalogs und Serviceportfolios
  • Sicherstellung regulatorischer Compliance (MDR, GxP, ISO 27001) in Architektur und Service Management
  • Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Steuerbarkeit durch KPI-basiertes Reporting zur Architektur-Compliance und Servicequalität

Zusätzliche Aufgaben / Spezialaufgaben / Projekte

  • Teilnahme am Change Advisory Board (CAB) und weiterer prozessbezogener Gremien
  • Beratung der ICT-Leitung und Projektverantwortlichen bei Architektur- und Prozessfragen
  • Weiterentwicklung der ITSM-Plattform (insb. ServiceNow) aus architektonischer Perspektive mit Fokus auf Integration, Datenkonsistenz und Automatisierung
  • Begleitung von ICT-Projekten mit Fokus auf Service-Transition und Architekturkonformität
  • Koordination von Verbesserungsinitiativen zur Effizienzsteigerung im Betrieb
  • Ableitung von Architekturprinzipien aus ICT-StrategieVerantwortung für die ICT-Technologie- und Service-Target-Architecture sowie die dazugehörigen Technologie- und Plattform-Roadmaps

Das bringst du mit:

  • Höhere Ausbildung in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (FH/HF/Uni)
  • Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Architektur oder Systemdesign
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der IT (z. B. System Engineering, Architektur, IT-Service-Management oder Applikationsmanagement)
  • Gutes Verständnis für Zusammenhänge zwischen Systemen, Prozessen und Business-Anforderungen
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Service-Management-Prozessen (ITIL) sowie deren Integration in die Gesamtarchitektur und Systemlandschaft
  • Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mind. B2)
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen verständlich zu strukturieren und zu vermitteln
  • Interesse an Architektur, Governance und strategischen Fragestellungen
  • Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen (z. B. Architekturmethoden, Compliance) einzuarbeiten
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen gepaart mit pragmatischer, lösungsorientierter Haltung

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Architektur oder Systemdesign
  • Kenntnisse von Frameworks wie ITIL, TOGAF oder COBIT
  • Erfahrung mit ITSM-Tools (z. B. ServiceNow)
  • Kenntnisse in regulierten Umgebungen (z. B. ISO 27001, MDR, GxP)
  • Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit oder Leitung von Projekten
