An unserem Standort in Deutschland vertreiben wir modernste Prozessmesstechnik für Kunden in Biopharma, Chemie und Brauereien sowie Pipettier-Roboter, um Liquid Handling Prozesse für die Pharma-, über die Nahrungsmittelindustrie bis hin zur Zell- oder DNA-Forschung zu automatisieren.

Das kannst du bewirken:

  • Technische und applikative Beratung von Kunden im Vertriebsprozess zu Automationslösungen von Hamilton
  • Entwicklung kreativer, technisch machbarer und überzeugender Automationslösungen und deren Präsentation vor dem Kunden
  • Enge und abgestimmte Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb online und in persona vor Ort beim Kunden
  • Durchführung von Geräte-Demonstrationen (Programmierung und Implementierung von Demo-Methoden, Präsentation vor dem Kunden)
  • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien an Demo- oder Kunden-Geräten
  • Leitung von Projekten nach dem Bestelleingang
  • Präsentation unserer Laborautomationssysteme auf Messen, Kundenterminen und Online-Demos
  • Führung und Organisation des Demolabors in Gräfelfing
  • Technische Betreuung der Demo-Geräte in Gräfelfing inkl. Upgrade und Testung neuer Software und neuer Hardware
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt- und Projektmanagement und dem Application Engineering in Bonaduz
  • Programmierung und Inbetriebnahme von Laborautomationssystemen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung als Applikationsspezialist mit Hamilton Microlab Liquid Handlern
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Freude an kundenorientierter Beratung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Reisebereitschaft
