Unter Einhaltung der Unternehmensleitlinien und -ziele setzt und optimiert er/sie die Prozesse um und sichert eine hohe Qualität. Ziele der Stelle sind der Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung der zugeordneten Bereiche des Rechnungswesens in der Unternehmensgruppe.

Das bringen Sie mit

• Strategische Finanzplanung, Budgetierung • Reporting-Anforderungen (Jahresabschluss IFRS) • Datenanalyse, Financial Modelling, Szenario-Planung • Bilanzierung nach IFRS, Compliance, Steuerstrategie • Erfahrung mit M&A • Cash-Flow Management, Kapitalstruktur, KPI´s • Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft oder Rechnungswesen; bevorzugt MBA oder Masterabschluss • Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz, Change-Management Erfahrung • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Finanzbereich • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Hands on Mentalität • Verhandlungsgeschick

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

• Auf- bzw. Ausbau einheitlicher Strukturen in Rechnungswesen und Controlling • Optimierung / Weiterentwicklung der Controlling-Prozesse, -Berichte und -Instrumente • Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen, Abweichungsanalysen und Ad-hoc-Anfragen • Identifikation von Verbesserungs- und Korrekturpotenzialen in Abstimmung mit den verantwortlichen Führungskräften • Investitions- und Liquiditätsplanung • Monats-/ Quartals- und Jahresabschlusserstellung (HGB und POC-Methode) • Bewertung und Kommentierung der monatlichen Geschäftsentwicklung • Koordination und Erstellung der jährlichen Budget- und Forecast-Planungen • Erstellung der Unternehmensplanung bestehend aus Ergebnisrechnung, Bilanz- und Cashflow-Planung • Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Analysen für die Geschäftsführung • Durchführung von Wirtschaftlichkeits- und Rentabilitätsberechnungen sowie Planung von Investitionen (Business Cases) • Strategische Finanzplanung, Budgetierung • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter im Verantwortungsbereich • Führen von Mitarbeitergesprächen • Sicherung der Wirtschaftlichkeit in allen Bereichen der Unternehmensgruppe • Ansprechpartner für Finanzierungspartner, Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer • Interner Ansprechpartner in wirtschaftlichen und bilanziellen Fragen
