Als Schlüsselmitglied unseres Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für die kaufmännische Abwicklung unserer Projekte, von der Planung bis zum Abschluss. Sie fungieren als Brücke zwischen den technischen Teams und der Geschäftsleitung, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Projekte termingerecht und budgetkonform umgesetzt werden. Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Projektkauffrau oder ein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise in unserem Branchenbereich
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit Projektmanagement-Software
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Projekten
  • Übernahme der kaufmännischen Verantwortung in Projekten
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Projektbudgets
  • Kontrolle von Rechnungen und Führung der Projektdokumentation
  • Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting und Präsentation des Projektstatus an die Projektleitung
