DEINE ROLLE:

- Fullstack-Power: Du verstärkst unser zweiköpfiges Team und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Optimierung unserer modernen Webanwendungen.

- Architectural Design: Du gestaltest skalierbare, performante Systemarchitekturen und entwickelst robuste APIs sowie Integrationen (intern wie extern).

- Cloud & DevOps: Du unterstützt uns beim Ausbau der AWS-Infrastruktur und automatisierst Deployments sowie das Monitoring.

- Mentoring & Quality: Du agierst als Mentor, führst Pair-Programming durch und setzt durch Code-Reviews neue Standards in Sachen Qualität, Testing und Skalierbarkeit.

- Product Strategy: Du sitzt mit am Tisch, wenn es um die Planung und Priorisierung unserer Produkt-Roadmap geht.

- Reliability: Du hast den Stack im Griff und sorgst mit New Relic & Co. dafür, dass unsere Systeme stabil laufen.

- Modern Workflow: Du nutzt aktiv Agentic Engineering Methoden, um schnell zuverlässige Ergebnisse zu liefern.

- Regular Onsite: Auch als Remote-Worker lebst du unsere Kultur und bist zweimal pro Quartal (je 3 Tage) im Office in Offenburg.

DEIN PROFIL

- Deep Tech Stack: Du hast 7+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, mit Fokus auf TypeScript und Angular.

- Database Pro: Du bist fit in NoSQL (vor allem MongoDB) und weißt, wie man Datenbanken designt und optimiert.

- Cloud Native: AWS, Docker und CI/CD (GitLab) sind für dich kein Neuland, sondern dein tägliches Werkzeug.

- Architectural Mindset: Du verstehst Software-Design-Prinzipien und komplexe Architekturmuster in- und auswendig.

- Messaging & Async: Du hast Erfahrung mit Pub/Sub-Systemen und Message Queues wie RabbitMQ oder SQS.

- Agentic: Claude Code, Cursor o.ä. Tools sind deine erste Wahl, und du hast verinnerlicht, die Nutzung der Agents stetig zu verbessern. Business Sense:

- Business Sense: Du balancierst technische Exzellenz mit geschäftlichen Ergebnissen – Impact zählt für dich mehr als nur Code.

- Lead-Mentalität: Du liebst es, Kolleg:innen weiterzuentwickeln und förderst eine offene Lern- und Inklusionskultur.

- Ownership: Du arbeitest selbstständig und lösungsorientiert, auch wenn die Prioritäten mal wechseln.

- Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst fließend auf Englisch.

- Legal Check: Du hast deinen Wohnsitz in Deutschland und eine entsprechende Arbeitserlaubnis.
