As an HLTA across our schools, you will be a key driver of pupil engagement and achievement by delivering high-quality teaching to individuals, small groups, and whole classes. This role includes leading classes to cover PPA or short-term absences, ensuring consistency and maintaining high expectations for both behavior and learning. You will be instrumental in supporting our pupils to become independent learners, consistently modelling our teaching and learning principles.

In return, we can offer a highly supportive and collaborative environment. We are committed to your professional growth and can offer a planned program of CPD built around our core principles of teaching and learning, as well as opportunities for other CPD.
