Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines bestehenden Kundenstamms im Bildungsbereich
  • Beratung unserer Kunden zu Software-, Cloud- und Digitalisierungslösungen
  • Technische Themen gehören dabei zum Alltag und werden gemeinsam mit unseren Fachteams begleitet
  • Identifikation und Entwicklung von Cross- und Upselling-Potenzialen bei Bestandskunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Service (Professional Services), Support und Inside Sales
  • Vertretung von AixConcept auf Kundenterminen, Veranstaltungen, Messen und Fachforen
  • Pflege von Kundendaten sowie Unterstützung bei Analysen und Reportings

Das bringst du mit

  • Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Customer Success, Account Management oder einer vergleichbaren kundenorientierten Tätigkeit
  • Interesse an IT-Themen rund um Software, Cloud-Lösungen und digitale Infrastruktur
  • Du musst kein technischer Experte sein, solltest aber Freude daran haben, technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen und dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
  • Spaß am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und am Austausch mit Menschen
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Interesse am Bildungsbereich und an der Zusammenarbeit mit Schulen, Schulträgern und öffentlichen Auftraggebern von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
