The posting

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.

Job Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, creatively minded operations lead to manage the approval process and asset systems for our licensed promotions and location-based entertainment (LBE) programs. This role connects the dots between creative development, brand management, and operational delivery — ensuring that every partner activation, promotion, and experience meets our visual standards, storytelling intent, and guest expectations. You’ll be the core driver of creative flow — managing submissions, tracking assets, and guiding partners through the approval pipeline from concept to launch.

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is based at our Hong Kong office and follows a hybrid schedule designed to support in-person collaboration. Employees are expected to work onsite on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite on Mondays and Fridays.

What You'll Do Creative Operations & Approvals • Manage the global creative approval workflow for all licensed promotions. • Serve as the central point of contact for partners and internal teams throughout the creative review process. • Coordinate feedback loops with brand, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent visual identity and tone across assets. • Maintain the My Media Box licensing approval system for submission status, feedback, and final approvals. • Oversees promotional materials and premium development from concept to final production including review of gray models, molds, packaging, etc. • Drive efficiency in how creative materials move through the pipeline — identifying bottlenecks, improving turnaround times, and enforcing version control. • Ensure accurate tagging, cataloging, and accessibility of promotional assets for internal and external users. • Provide training and guidance to partners and teams on how to navigate the approval and asset systems effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration • Review licensee product submissions including attraction designs, marketing collateral, press releases, TV commercials, and websites to provide feedback and recommendations • Collaborate with creative director and project manager to provide succinct creative direction • Manage timelines for promotional launches. • Act as the creative operations bridge between marketing, design, and external licensees — ensuring clarity, consistency, and speed. • Support the distribution of toolkits, guidelines, and asset libraries that help partners self-serve and stay on brand

What You'll Do

• Bachelor’s Degree • 3-5 years marketing and creative experience • Ability to influence peers and manage both up and down to drive goals • Ability to multi-task and manage 15-20 projects simultaneously • Team player able to execute tactically, as well as having the strong communication skills to inspire others • Knowledge of Office applications and presentation software • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience working with My Media Box or other approval systems is a plus

Notice Regarding Hasbro’s use of AI in the Recruitment Process

We use Greenhouse’s AI-powered Talent Matching tool to compare your application against our job requirements.

How it works: Talent Matching compares information from your resume and application responses with job-related criteria established and weighted by Hasbro’s recruiting and hiring teams. Depending on the role, these criteria may include relevant skills, work experience, prior job titles, and industry experience. The tool then assigns a match category to help organize applications for review.

Human oversight: Talent Matching supports — but does not replace — human review. It does not automatically advance or reject candidates or make employment decisions. Hasbro’s recruiters and hiring managers review applications and remain responsible for all hiring decisions.

Greenhouse has published the results of an independent bias audit of Talent Matching. View the Greenhouse Talent Matching audit results.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
