Mit unserem Geschäftsbereich Tech Services realisieren wir anspruchsvolle Transport-, Installations- und Umzugsprojekte für hochwertige technische Anlagen und Investitionsgüter. Von der Planung über die Koordination bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung sorgen wir für reibungslose Projektabläufe bei unseren Kunden aus Industrie, Forschung, Healthcare und High-Tech mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenumzüge und Industriemontagen.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektkaufmann (m/w/d), der unsere Kundenprojekte von der Kalkulation bis zum erfolgreichen Projektabschluss begleitet.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung und Abwicklung anspruchsvoller Logistik- und Montageprojekte
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Lieferanten und interne Fachbereiche
  • Erstellung von Angeboten sowie Mitwirkung bei Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Auftragsbetreuung von Projektkalkulation bis zur Auftragsplanung, -durchführung und -überwachung
  • Erstellung von Projekt-, Baustellen- und Kundendokumentationen
  • Koordination und Steuerung von Nachunternehmern sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Durchführung von Nachkalkulationen und Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung erbrachter Leistungen
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und kundenorientierten Projektabwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d), Industriekaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Alternativ Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, Projektcontrolling oder in der Projektlogistik
  • Gute kaufmännische Kenntnisse sowie Verständnis für technische Abläufe und Zusammenhänge
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Teamfähigkeit
