Mit unserem Geschäftsbereich Final Mile Services erbringen wir im Bereich Tech Business umfassende Logistikdienstleistungen im Zwei– und Mehr-Mann-Handling, z.B. die Distribution und Inbetriebnahme technisch hochwertiger Produkte aus den Bereichen Medizin- und Versorgungstechnik, Fitness und Physio sowie Forschung und Entwicklung.

Für unsere Niederlassung Neuhausen auf den Fildern suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) oder Teamleiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Logistik.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Teamleitung für die Bereiche Customer Service, Disposition, Lager und Fahrer
  • Steuerung des kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Personal (ca. 7-10 Mitarbeiter)
  • Koordination des Tages- und Projektgeschäftes für die Durchführung individueller logistischer (Groß-)Projekte
  • Auftragsmanagement inkl. Projektkalkulation und Abrechnung
  • Key Account Management und Betreuung für regionale Bestandsmandanten im Großraum Süddeutschland
  • Eigen- und kostenverantwortlicher Einkauf technischer Serviceleistungen einschließlich deren Steuerung
  • Erstellung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen für die Bereichsleitung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Spedition/Logistik, z.B. zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Logistikbranche, idealerweise in der Projektlogistik (Segment Technik / High-Tech)
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Serviceorientiertes Denken und Handeln mit dem Ziel der Steigerung unserer Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Auswertungen
  • Strukturierte, lösungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Die Fähigkeit, auch bei komplexen Zusammenhängen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
