Bei uns erwartet Sie ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet im Personalbereich. Für unsere Mandanten übernehmen wir alle Aufgaben einer Personalabteilung — vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt der Mitarbeitenden, einschließlich der Entgeltabrechnung und Projektarbeit.

Je nach Erfahrung und Stärken schauen wir gemeinsam, welche Schwerpunkte am besten zu Ihnen passen. So können Sie sich mit Ihren Fähigkeiten optimal einbringen und sich gleichzeitig fachlich weiterentwickeln. Dabei arbeiten Sie mit modernen Systemen, die Sie in der effizienten und professionellen Bearbeitung Ihrer Aufgaben unterstützen.

Mitbringen - Ihr Profil

Wichtig ist für uns vor allem, dass Sie Begeisterung für Personalthemen mitbringen und Lust haben, sich mit Engagement in unser Team einzubringen.

Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und erste Erfahrung in der Personalabteilung gesammelt - dabei ist es für uns nicht entscheidend, in welchem genauen Bereich Sie tätig waren. Idealerweise haben Sie auch schon bei der Einführung eines HR-Systems mitgewirkt. Wichtig ist für uns, dass Sie mit Motivation bei der Sache sind. Was wir außerdem erwarten, ist eine strukturierte, eigenständige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sie gehen sicher mit MS Office um und stehen neuen Systemen sowie digitalen Prozessen offen gegenüber. Darüber hinaus sind Sie kommunikativ und überzeugen durch ein freundliches, verbindliches Auftreten sowie ein hohes Maß an Diskretion.
