Als Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Bereich Hochbau betreuen Sie unsere Kunden kompetent und zuverlässig. Mit Ihrem Fachwissen beraten Sie individuell, erarbeiten passende Lösungen und begleiten Projekte engagiert bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Und ganz wichtig ist uns dabei - Wir begegnen uns auf Augenhöhe, motivieren uns gegenseitig und schaffen mit Humor, Engagement und Teamgeist ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem man sich wohlfühlt.

Mitwirken - Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie beraten unsere Profi Kunden und verkaufen aktiv unsere Produkte.
  • Es geht darum, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen, passende Lösungen anzubieten und durch eine serviceorientierte Betreuung langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen.
  • Neben der Kalkulation von Angeboten, wickeln Sie Verkäufe vollständig ab und organisieren den Wareneinkauf.

Kurz gesagt:

Sie sorgen dafür, dass sich Kunden bei Ihnen gut beraten fühlen und gerne wiederkommen.

Mitbringen - Ihr Profil

Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Baustoffhandel bzw. eine vergleichbare branchennahe Qualifikation.

Viel wichtiger ist uns jedoch:

  • Sie gehen offen auf Menschen zu,
  • arbeiten eigenständig, zuverlässig und teamorientiert,
  • erkennen Chancen und handeln unternehmerisch,
  • bringen Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Begeisterung für den Vertrieb mit,
  • verfügen über gute IT-Kenntnisse
  • und haben idealerweise erste Fach- und Produktkenntnisse im Baustoffbereich, vorzugsweise im Bereich Hochbau.
