The posting

ABOUT HAULER HERO

Hauler Hero builds the operating system for residential and commercial waste haulers, including dispatch, routing, billing, payments, customer management, reporting, and the driver app that ties field operations together.

Our customers are private hauler owners, operators, and municipal waste leaders running essential services every day. Many are still managing their businesses through paper tickets, whiteboards, spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and legacy software. The result is missed revenue, messy routes, limited visibility, and too much time spent fighting fires instead of growing the business.

Today, we serve 240+ haulers across the country and are scaling quickly. We are a well-funded, fast-moving vertical SaaS company bringing modern software to an essential industry where the customer need is clear and the opportunity is large.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a LATAM-based contractor to own Hauler Hero's written voice and our online community of haulers.

You will write the words behind our marketing: social posts, blog articles, newsletters, customer stories and website copy. You will also run our Facebook community for waste haulers, starting conversations, answering questions and turning what members say into content ideas. Our Multimedia Designer owns the visuals; you own every word.

This is not a generic content-writing role. You will define Hauler Hero's brand voice, using the writing we already have and AI tools to build a clear guide, and then apply it consistently across every channel. The right person writes with clarity and personality, learns an industry fast, and enjoys talking with the people who run it.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

BRAND VOICE

You will build a brand voice and messaging guide from our existing copy, with AI tools as a helper, covering tone, key messages, vocabulary and examples of do's and don'ts.

You will make sure that voice shows up the same way on social, the blog, newsletters, the website, sales materials and customer-facing tools.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

You will run Hauler Hero's Facebook group for haulers: posting regularly, starting discussions, welcoming new members, answering questions and flagging leads or product feedback to the right team.

You will grow the group into a place haulers come to learn from each other, not just a promotion channel.

SOCIAL AND NEWSLETTER COPY

You will write the copy for our social channels and newsletters on a steady calendar, working with the Multimedia Designer on every piece.

BLOG AND WEBSITE CONTENT

You will write and edit blog articles, landing pages and website copy that explain how modern software helps haulers grow, written for both search and real readers.

CUSTOMER STORIES

You will interview customers with our Customer Success team and turn their results into case studies, quotes and short stories that Sales can use.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The strongest candidates will likely have:

- 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, community management or social media for a brand or agency

- Excellent written English: clear, natural and persuasive, with a feel for tone

- Strong spoken English and comfort communicating with U.S.-based teammates and customers

- Writing samples across social, blog or long-form and email

- Experience managing an online community or social channels

- Ability to learn a technical or operational industry quickly and write about it in plain language

- Comfort using AI writing tools well, and judgment about when to rewrite what they produce

- Strong organization and the habit of keeping a content calendar on track

- Comfort using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot and social scheduling tools

- Reliable high-speed internet and availability during core U.S. business hours

BONUS POINTS

- Experience writing for B2B SaaS, logistics, field services or business owners and operators

- Experience building a brand voice or messaging guide

- SEO writing experience

- Experience running Facebook groups or other niche communities

- Interviewing customers and writing case studies

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN

You will learn Hauler Hero's product, customers and industry, read our existing content, take over day-to-day posting in the Facebook group, and start writing social and newsletter copy.

FIRST 60 DAYS — BUILD

You will deliver a first version of the brand voice guide, a monthly content calendar with the Multimedia Designer, and your first blog articles and customer story.

FIRST 90 DAYS — OWN

You will own all written marketing content and the Facebook community, with a consistent voice across channels and a steady publishing rhythm.

LOCATION AND WORK STYLE

This is a remote contractor role for candidates based in LATAM, with a preference for candidates in Argentina or similar U.S.-aligned time zones.

Candidates must have strong English writing and speaking skills, reliable high-speed internet, and availability to work during core U.S. business hours.

WHAT WE OFFER

- A front-row seat at a well-funded, fast-growing company transforming an essential industry

- Direct impact on how customers, partners and future talent hear about and talk about Hauler Hero

- The opportunity to define the brand's voice and build its community from the ground up

- A highly cross-functional role with visibility across marketing, sales, customer success and leadership

- Remote-first flexibility with a distributed team

- Modern tools, strong internal support, and room to shape process as the company scales

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
