The posting

ABOUT HAULER HERO

Hauler Hero builds the operating system for residential and commercial waste haulers, including dispatch, routing, billing, payments, customer management, reporting, and the driver app that ties field operations together.

Our customers are private hauler owners, operators, and municipal waste leaders running essential services every day. Many are still managing their businesses through paper tickets, whiteboards, spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and legacy software. The result is missed revenue, messy routes, limited visibility, and too much time spent fighting fires instead of growing the business.

Today, we serve 240+ haulers across the country and are scaling quickly. We are a well-funded, fast-moving vertical SaaS company bringing modern software to an essential industry where the customer need is clear and the opportunity is large.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a LATAM-based, full-time contractor to be Hauler Hero's in-house designer, producing every visual piece marketing, sales and customer success need.

You will turn ideas, data and customer stories into clear, on-brand visuals: social posts, newsletters, case study PDFs, battle cards, pitch and event presentations, website animations and blog images. You will work closely with our Community & Content Analyst, who owns the words, while you own how everything looks.

This is not a template-filling role. We need someone with strong visual judgment who can work fast, keep a high bar, and show Hauler Hero as the market leader it is: to customers in every segment, from private haulers to municipalities, to potential partners and to the talent we want to attract, at trade shows, on our website and in every sales conversation.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

CONTENT AND SOCIAL DESIGN

You will design the visual content for our social channels, Facebook community, newsletters and blog, including custom blog images and short animations.

You will keep a steady weekly output so the content calendar never waits on design.

SALES AND CUSTOMER SUCCESS MATERIALS

You will build and maintain the materials other teams use every day: the company pitch deck, event presentations, battle cards, one-pagers and case study PDFs.

You will also help bring customer-facing tools, such as our Intercom help center, visually in line with the Hauler Hero brand.

WEBSITE AND PRODUCT MARKETING VISUALS

You will design website sections, landing pages and animations for our WordPress site that make our product easy to understand, using product screenshots.

EVENTS AND TRADE SHOWS

You will design booth graphics, banners, handouts and presentation slides for the trade shows we attend across the U.S., working with our Field & Events Manager on deadlines and print specs.

BRAND SYSTEM

You will maintain our brand guidelines, templates and asset library so anyone at Hauler Hero can find the right logo, deck or image and use it correctly.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

The strongest candidates will likely have:

- 3–5 years of experience in graphic, brand or marketing design, ideally in-house at a B2B or SaaS company

- A portfolio showing social content, presentations, PDFs and web visuals

- Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

- Ability to produce simple motion graphics and animations using After Effects, Lottie or similar tools

- Actively incorporates AI into their design process, is comfortable with technology and enjoys trying new tools and ways of working

- Strong written and spoken English, comfortable working with U.S.-based teammates

- High output with consistent quality, and good judgment on when good enough is good enough

- Ability to take a rough brief and come back with clear options

- Comfort using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Canva and HubSpot

- Reliable high-speed internet and availability during core U.S. business hours

BONUS POINTS

- A degree in graphic design, visual communication or a similar field

- Experience designing for B2B SaaS, logistics, field services or industrial brands

- Trade show and print production experience

- Web design experience with WordPress

- Experience building presentation and document templates others can reuse

- Basic video editing for social and customer stories

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN

You will learn Hauler Hero's product, customers and brand, audit our existing assets, and start delivering social and newsletter design within your first two weeks.

FIRST 60 DAYS — BUILD

You will deliver a refreshed pitch deck, event presentation template, battle card and case study PDF template, and set up a shared asset library with the Project Manager.

FIRST 90 DAYS — OWN

You will own the visual side of every marketing channel, run a predictable weekly design pipeline, and have brought key Sales and Customer Success materials on brand.

LOCATION AND WORK STYLE

This is a remote, full-time contractor role for candidates based in LATAM, with a preference for candidates in Argentina or similar U.S.-aligned time zones.

Candidates must have strong English writing and speaking skills, reliable high-speed internet, and availability to work during core U.S. business hours.

WHAT WE OFFER

- A front-row seat at a well-funded, fast-growing company transforming an essential industry

- Direct impact on how customers, partners and future talent see Hauler Hero, at trade shows, online and in sales conversations

- The opportunity to build the brand's design system from the ground up

- A highly cross-functional role with visibility across marketing, sales, customer success and leadership

- Remote-first flexibility with a distributed team

- Modern tools, strong internal support, and room to shape process as the company scales

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
