Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Dich als BI & Data Infrastructure Specialist (m/w/d) in Teilzeit in unserem Office direkt an der Alster.

WELCHE AUFGABEN AUF DICH WARTEN

  • Du nutzt SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) als primäres Werkzeug für tiefgehende Ad-hoc-Analysen und validierst komplexe Geschäftslogiken direkt auf Tabellen- und View-Ebene.
  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung und den stabilen Betrieb unseres zentralen Data Warehouses auf Basis von MS SQL Server.
  • Du erstellst performante, benutzerfreundlichen Berichte in Power BI für verschiedene Fachbereiche.
  • Du entwickelst performante ETL-Strecken mittels T-SQL Stored Procedures und Pentaho.
  • Mit Deinem tiefen Verständnis für unternehmensrelevante Prozesse hast Du unsere Unternehmenskennzahlen stets im Blick.
  • Anhand Deiner Prognosen sprichst Du Handlungsempfehlungen aus und setzt aktiv Impulse.

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Mathematik, Statistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, -wissenschaften) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer analytischen Rolle
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Einsatz von ETL-Tools, idealerweise Pentaho
  • Verständnis von Data-Warehouse-Architekturen und Datenmodellierung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Schreiben von performantem SQL sowie Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. in Python)
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Unsere Unternehmenssprache ist deutsch, daher sind uns fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse wichtig (mindestens C1)
  • Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Hands-On Mentalität
