Du bist voller Tatendrang und hast eine Leidenschaft für erfolgreichen Vertrieb am Telefon? Als Kundenberater stehst Du unseren Maklern während dem gesamten Akquise- und Verkaufsprozess zur Seite - von der Vermittlung der Immobilie bis hin zum erfolgreichen Verkauf.

Wir erweitern unser Team und suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt mehrere Kundenberater für das B2B-Team (m/w/d) in Voll- und Teilzeit in unserem neuen Office direkt an der Alster.

WELCHE AUFGABEN AUF DICH WARTEN

  • Du bist Hauptansprechpartner für unser HAUSGOLD Makler Netzwerk
  • Du akquirierst neue B2B-Partner
  • Du pflegst, betreust und vertiefst die Beziehungen zu sowohl neu gewonnenen, als auch zu bestehenden Maklern im telefonischen Kontakt
  • Du vermittelst qualifizierte Immobilienobjekte an unsere Partner und hältst mit ihnen regelmäßig Rücksprache
  • Du gibst telefonischen Support bei allen Anliegen

DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • Du hast Spaß an der Arbeit mit Menschen
  • Du besitzt eine angenehme und kommunikative Art und kannst Dich sprachlich gut ausdrücken
  • Deutsch sprichst Du auf Muttersprachniveau
  • Du hast bereits erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb gesammelt
  • Wir setzen keine Vorerfahrung in der Immobilienbranche voraus; gehen aber davon aus, dass Du Interesse daran mitbringst und Lust darauf hast, mehr darüber zu erfahren
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, eine positive Einstellung sowie eine gewissenhafte und problemlösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Dich aus
  • Du kannst mit dem PC routiniert umgehen
