Job Description :

Do našeho mediálního týmu hledáme zkušeného Client Service Managera, který bude strategickým partnerem pro naše klienty a pomůže jim dosahovat jejich obchodních i marketingových cílů prostřednictvím efektivních mediálních řešení.

Na této pozici budeš řídit vztahy s klienty, koordinovat interní specialisty a zajišťovat hladké doručení kampaní od briefu až po finální vyhodnocení. Budeš úzce spolupracovat s lokálními i mezinárodními týmy a hledat příležitosti, jak klientům přinášet ještě větší hodnotu.

Co budeš dělat?

· Budovat a rozvíjet dlouhodobé vztahy s klienty a být jejich hlavním kontaktním partnerem

· Rozumět obchodním a marketingovým cílům klientů a převádět je do efektivních mediálních strategií

· Koordinovat spolupráci mezi klientem a interními týmy (Media Planning, Digital, Programmatic, Social a dalšími specialisty)

· Komunikovat s lokálními i mezinárodními stakeholdery

· Řídit realizaci kampaní od briefu až po finální reporting

· Dohlížet na plnění dohodnutých KPI a obchodních cílů kampaní

· Identifikovat příležitosti pro optimalizaci a rozvoj klientské spolupráce

· Připravovat prezentace, reporty a strategická doporučení pro klienty

· Koordinovat rozpočty, harmonogramy a priority napříč více projekty současně

· Zajišťovat kvalitní a přesný reporting pro lokální i globální klienty v souladu s požadovanými standardy

· Podílet se na budování dlouhodobých partnerství

Koho hledáme?

· Máš minimálně 3 roky zkušeností v mediální, digitální nebo reklamní agentuře, případně v klientském servisu

· Rozumíš mediálnímu plánování, digitálním kanálům a základním mediálním metrikám

· Umíš vést klientská jednání a prezentovat výsledky i doporučení

· Máš výborné komunikační a prezentační dovednosti

· Domluvíš se plynně česky a anglicky

· Dokážeš efektivně řídit více projektů současně

· Máš analytické myšlení a orientuješ se v datech

· Jsi proaktivní, hledáš řešení a umíš dotahovat věci do konce

· Nechybí Ti pečlivost, organizační schopnosti a smysl pro detail

Výhodou bude

· Zkušenost s mezinárodními klienty nebo globálními strukturami

· Přehled o digitálních mediálních platformách a reklamních ekosystémech

· Zkušenost s vyhodnocováním kampaní a datovou analýzou

· Znalost integrované marketingové komunikace
