Estamos em busca de um perfil de Supervisor(a) de Analytics & Business Intelligence para fazer parte da nossa agência de São Paulo.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:

• Desenvolver e acompanhar dashboards e relatórios de performance, garantindo a qualidade e a clareza das informações apresentadas;

• Realizar análises e mensuração de dados, transformando informações em recomendações que apoiem decisões estratégicas e de negócio;

• Atuar na implementação e validação de tracking, tags e eventos, garantindo a correta coleta de dados por meio de ferramentas como GA4 e GTM;

• Desenvolver análises exploratórias, tratamento e mineração de dados utilizando Python e SQL;

• Trabalhar na integração e harmonização de diferentes fontes de dados, especialmente informações de mídia e marketing digital;

• Atuar em parceria com Data Strategy, Mídia, Atendimento e Tecnologia na construção de soluções e análises para os clientes;

• Apresentar resultados, identificar oportunidades e traduzir informações técnicas em recomendações claras para diferentes públicos;

• Acompanhar as demandas e orientar tecnicamente as entregas da equipe, garantindo qualidade e consistência nos projetos.

REQUISITOS E QUALIFICAÇÕES:

• Ensino superior completo;

• Experiência em Analytics, Business Intelligence ou áreas relacionadas, preferencialmente em agência de publicidade;

• Domínio de Power BI, incluindo construção de dashboards, modelagem de dados e DAX;

• Conhecimento de Google Analytics 4 (GA4);

• Conhecimento de Google Tag Manager (GTM) e implementação de tracking;

• Conhecimento de Python e SQL para tratamento, mineração e análise de dados;

• Conhecimentos de Data Science e análise exploratória de dados;

• Experiência com integração e harmonização de diferentes fontes de dados;

• Familiaridade com dados de mídia e marketing digital;

• Capacidade de análise, autonomia, organização e visão de negócio;

• Boa comunicação e facilidade de interação com equipes multidisciplinares e clientes;

• Conhecimento de Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especialmente BigQuery, será considerado um diferencial.
