Responsibilities ###

  • Design and implement the PMO Target Operating Model, including structure, capabilities, roles and responsibilities
  • Support the foundational phase of the PMO and establish effective project governance, processes and Ways of Working
  • Establish governance, decision-making, escalation and standardized portfolio management frameworks
  • Lead portfolio planning, execution, prioritization and stage-gate processe
  • Develop integrated planning, master scheduling and portfolio management methodologies
  • Implement RAID, change control, financial control, forecasting and performance management processes
  • Establish portfolio KPIs, executive dashboards and management reporting standards
  • Define reporting architecture, data governance and a single source of truth for portfolio performance
  • Assess organizational maturity and develop a phased PMO implementation roadmap
  • Build effective interfaces across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance

Profile ###

  • Strong experience in designing and establishing PMO operating models and governance frameworks
  • Proven experience in portfolio and program management
  • Experience establishing project governance, processes and Ways of Working
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio intake, prioritization and stage-gate processes
  • Experience with RAID, change control, financial control and forecasting
  • Strong understanding of integrated planning and master scheduling
  • Experience developing KPIs, executive dashboards and management reporting
  • Experience with reporting architecture, data governance and portfolio management systems
  • Ability to assess organizational maturity and define future-state PMO capabilities
  • English language skills
