Responsibilities ###

  • Develop and implement the overall test strategy and test plan for the project
  • Manage the complete testing lifecycle, including planning, specification, execution, and reporting
  • Define test cases and scenarios covering functional and non-functional requirements
  • Coordinate test environments, test data, and all required testing activities
  • Ensure execution of planned tests, defect retesting, regression testing, and non-functional testing
  • Establish and maintain test and defect tracking and reporting processes
  • Provide regular updates and reports on overall test and defect status
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, business users, testers, and software engineers
  • Ensure business sign-off and testing readiness for production deployments
  • Support runbook execution and productive rollouts where required

Profile ###

  • Professional experience in Test Management and Software Testing
  • Experience working in international and complex project environments
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable field
  • ISTQB Test Manager certification or equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Xray
  • Hands-on experience designing and executing functional, system, integration, E2E, and UAT testing
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, QA processes, test case management, and defect lifecycle in Agile environments
  • Knowledge of the energy and/or trading sector and related business applications is highly advantageous
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English; German and/or French skills are an advantage
