Poszukujemy doświadczonego Test Managera, który obejmie wiodącą rolę w planowaniu i egzekucji strategii testowej w ramach wielkoskalowego, międzynarodowego programu transformacji procesów zakupowych.

  • Projektowanie, wdrażanie oraz nadzór nad całościową strategią testów, ramami zarządzania (governance) i standardami jakości.
  • Zarządzanie pełnym cyklem testowym E2E: testy jednostkowe, integracyjne (ITC), akceptacyjne (UAT) oraz smoke testy w ramach wielu równoległych strumieni projektowych.
  • Planowanie, koordynacja i realizacja działań testowych w ujęciu wieloetapowych cykli wydań (release cycles).
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie kluczowej dokumentacji testowej: planów testów, scenariuszy, przypadków testowych oraz metryk jakości.
  • Zarządzanie procesem obsługi defektów (identyfikacja, kategoryzacja, priorytetyzacja i monitorowanie napraw błędów).
  • Ścisła współpraca z interesariuszami biznesowymi, właścicielami procesów oraz zespołami technicznymi w celu walidacji wymagań i rozwiązań.
  • Bezpośrednie prowadzenie fazy UAT oraz przygotowanie biznesu do pomyślnego wdrożenia produkcyjnego (Go-Live).
  • 5–10 lat doświadczenia w obszarze zarządzania jakością oprogramowania, w tym w budowaniu strategii testowych dla złożonych programów transformacyjnych.
  • Dogłębna znajomość procesów zakupowych, w szczególności Procure-to-Pay (P2P) i/lub Source-to-Contract (S2C).
  • Praktyczna znajomość pełnego cyklu życia testów (ITC, UAT, Smoke Testing) oraz tworzenia artefaktów testowych.
  • Ugruntowane doświadczenie w zarządzaniu defektami oraz raportowaniu statusu jakości.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności zarządzania projektami, relacjami z interesariuszami i zespołami cross-funkcyjnymi.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w złożonym, wielonarodowym środowisku projektowym.
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie.

Mile widziane (Nice to Have):

  • Doświadczenie w testowaniu rozwiązań opartych na AI / GenAI.
  • Praktyczna znajomość platform zakupowych klasy Enterprise: SAP Ariba, SAP MM, Coupa, Ivalua lub zbliżonych.
  • Znajomość narzędzi do zarządzania testami: Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, HP ALM.
  • Certyfikaty branżowe: ISTQB (np. Test Manager), PMP, PRINCE2 lub metodyki zwinne (Agile/Scrum).
  • Doświadczenie w skalowaniu i standaryzacji procesów testowych oraz we wsparciu Release Managementu przy kwartalnych cyklach wydań.
  • Zrozumienie zagadnień związanych z projektowaniem modeli operacyjnych (Target Operating Model).
  • Realny wpływ na architekturę testów w strategicznym, globalnym projekcie transformacji cyfrowej.
  • Pracę z nowoczesnym stosem technologicznym i wdrożeniami rozwiązań AI.
