Als Logistiek Bediende Transport krijg je een brede functie waarin fleetmanagement, transportadministratie en ondersteuning van de transportplanning samenkomen. Je volgt het wagenpark en de chauffeurs op en zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse transportactiviteiten correct en efficiënt verlopen

Over de organisatie Je komt terecht in een stabiele en groeiende familiale organisatie actief binnen transport en logistiek. Vanuit de vestiging in Desteldonk werk je samen met een betrokken logistiek team waar collegialiteit, verantwoordelijkheid en initiatief centraal staan.Je krijgt een veelzijdige functie met ruimte om bestaande processen kritisch te bekijken, rapporteringen verder uit te bouwen en mee te werken aan de optimalisatie van systemen en werkwijzen.

Jouw nieuwe functie .Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Ondersteunen van de dagelijkse transportplanning
  • Opvolgen van het wagenpark, onderhoud en herstellingen
  • Bewaken van rij- en rusttijden, tachograafgegevens en laadcapaciteit
  • Opvolgen van chauffeurs en transportgerelateerde regelgeving
  • Afhandelen van schadegevallen, claims en leveringsproblemen
  • Inboeken van transportorders in ERP- en TMS-systemen
  • Opmaken en controleren van CMR's, leveringsbonnen en pakbonnen
  • Opvolgen en begrijpen van relevante douanedocumentatie
  • Analyseren van KPI's zoals leverbetrouwbaarheid, beladingsgraad, lege kilometers en kost per rit
  • Meewerken aan de optimalisatie van software, procedures en werkinstructies

Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en mee na te denken over een efficiëntere transport- en fleetwerking.

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen transport, logistiek, fleetmanagement of transportplanning
  • Idealiter heb je ongeveer 2 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Een bachelor binnen logistiek, transport of expeditie is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste
  • Je hebt kennis van transportdocumenten zoals CMR's, leveringsbonnen en pakbonnen
  • Kennis van rij- en rusttijden, tachograafdata en transportregelgeving is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring met ERP-, TMS- en/of fleetmanagementsystemen is een plus
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en hebt interesse in cijfers en KPI's
  • Je bent analytisch, kostenbewust en administratief nauwkeurig
  • Je blijft rustig in een dynamische omgeving en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je communiceert vlot en assertief met chauffeurs en collega's
  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en hebt een goede praktische kennis van Frans en Engels
