Onze klant is op zoek naar een onthaalmedewerker die het eerste aanspreekpunt van de organisatie vormt. In deze rol zorg je voor een warm en professioneel onthaal van bezoekers, klanten en leveranciers en sta je in voor het beheer van de inkomende telefonie en de algemene mailbox.

Daarnaast bied je administratieve ondersteuning aan verschillende afdelingen, beheer je vergaderzalen en ontvangstruimtes en help je mee bij de organisatie van bedrijfsactiviteiten en evenementen. Ook ondersteun je de werking rond travel & fleet en draag je bij aan een vlotte dagelijkse organisatie van de receptie. Jouw organisatorisch talent, servicegerichte ingesteldheid en hands-on mentaliteit stellen je in staat om vlot te schakelen tussen uiteenlopende taken, het overzicht te bewaren en steeds de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

  • Bachelordiploma
  • Eerste ervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie is een pluspunt
  • Zeer goede kennis NL - ENG, goede kennis FR
  • Enthousiast, klantgericht, leergierig
  • Stressbestendig, proactief, een multitasker
