This includes supporting the ongoing success of the Investigations function by providing an independent and objective investigations service throughout the organization.

We are seeking someone who resides in the San Francisco, CA or surrounding area.

In this role, you will participate in a variety of investigations and support the investigations team across the bank. A comprehensive understanding of facility security systems is also essential. This includes intrusion, access control, and video monitoring platforms. Job duties will include performing risk assessments to determine security threats and ensure adequate security measures are deployed.

Primary responsibilities will also include:

  • Ensuring security related incidents and risk issues are properly escalated to a higher level of management for awareness and response when necessary.
  • Drafting quality investigations reporting as appropriate - summarizing the investigation, details, interviews, key findings, and recommendations to be made.
  • Conducting investigations in all areas of the bank in a timely, professional, and accurate manner.
  • Prioritizing workload in order that investigations are undertaken in a timely and cost-effective manner while administering appropriate application of banking law.
  • Conducting expedient tracing, freezing and recovery of funds.
  • Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships across multiple business areas, and externally with industry peers and law enforcement.
  • Promotion of effective prevention and incident management practices throughout the footprint.
  • Providing metrics, executive reports, and briefings where appropriate.
  • Ensuring PS and Corporate Security risks are properly identified, evaluated, recorded, and mitigating action plans are implemented.
  • Supporting the delivery of security projects and programs, acting with autonomy and within the agreed budget structure.
  • Driving PS initiatives and strategies, promoting and maintaining an open culture, and sharing of information at all levels.
  • Supporting the development, implementation and on-going maintenance of PS policy, standards, and guidelines.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5 or more years of relative experience in investigations and law enforcement function preferred.
  • Experience working in physical security services or similar function, particularly on alarm and camera systems, incident response, and threat assessments preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
