The posting

Als Accountmanager MSP beheer je bij Vertage, met onder meer HeadFirst, de relatie met opdrachtgevers die hun externe inhuur via ons organiseren. Je zorgt dat de samenwerking goed blijft lopen en dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Ook help je klanten meer uit onze dienstverlening te halen. Daarbij ben je hun adviseur op het gebied van workforce solutions.

Jouw Rol

Je bent een tactisch en strategisch gesprekspartner voor opdrachtgevers en leveranciers in je sector. Je stuurt op kwaliteit, compliance, performance en commerciële doelstellingen binnen MSP- en brokerconstructies (MSP staat voor Managed Service Provider). Je werkt vanuit de Customer Succes-organisatie en rapporteert aan de Sector Director.

Binnen je accounts werk je met Inkoop, HR en inhurende managers. Intern trek je op met collega’s van Sales, Recruitment, Customer Services Directors, Contractmanagers, Invoicing en Partnermanagers. Jouw resultaat zie je terug in omzetgroei en marge bij je klanten, klanttevredenheid (NPS) en contractuele compliance.

Wat ga je doen?

Relaties en advies

• Vertegenwoordig Vertage bij bestaande en nieuwe opdrachtgevers en versterk de relaties met Inkoop, HR en inhurende managers

• Adviseer klanten proactief over marktontwikkelingen en wet- en regelgeving, bijvoorbeeld over zzp en inleenrisico’s

• Stel rapportages en adviezen op voor je opdrachtgevers

Groei van je accounts

• Maak accountplannen met interne stakeholders en voer ze uit

• Signaleer kansen om de dienstverlening binnen een klant uit te breiden

• Zie waar processen en samenwerking beter kunnen, en zorg dat die verbeteringen er ook komen

Contract en performance

• Beheer contracten en performance aan de hand van KPI’s en SLA’s

• Stuur op gezamenlijke doelstellingen van de klant en Vertage

• Borg en verhoog de klanttevredenheid

Samenwerking

• Onderhoud stakeholders op meerdere niveaus, binnen en buiten Vertage

• Houd de regie op processen binnen het accountteam

Wat neem je mee?

• HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau

• Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in MSP, broker- of intermediairconstructies of arbeidsbemiddeling

• Ervaring in relatiebeheer, accountmanagement of dienstverlening

• Kennis van externe inhuur, leveranciersmanagement en contractvormen

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels

• Rijbewijs B, voor klantbezoeken

Je bent relatiegericht, resultaatgedreven en ondernemend, en je neemt eigenaarschap voor je accounts. Je werkt analytisch en planmatig, kunt overtuigen en houdt overzicht over meerdere stakeholders tegelijk.
