Le poste

HealthOPM, entreprise canadienne spécialisée en recrutement et dotation de personnel dans le secteur de la santé, recherche un·e recruteur·euse bilingue capable de travailler professionnellement en français et en anglais.

Ce poste va au-delà du sourcing. Vous prendrez en charge des mandats de recrutement en santé de l'analyse du besoin jusqu'au placement, tout en agissant comme point de contact professionnel auprès de clients et de candidats francophones et anglophones.

Vos responsabilités

Gérer le cycle complet de recrutement pour des médecins, infirmier·ère·s praticien·ne·s, infirmier·ère·s, professionnels paramédicaux et fonctions cliniques ou administratives.

Effectuer du sourcing proactif à l'aide de sites d'emploi, réseaux professionnels, bases de données et approches directes.

Réaliser des présélections et des entretiens en français et en anglais, et évaluer la capacité des candidats à communiquer professionnellement dans les deux langues.

Coordonner les présentations de candidats, entrevues, rétroactions, offres et suivis après placement.

Diriger ou soutenir les réunions clients, prises de besoin, calibrations et points d'avancement en français ou en anglais.

Préparer et réviser des rapports, mises à jour de recrutement, présentations de candidats et communications professionnelles en français.

Maintenir des pipelines de recrutement à jour et contribuer aux rapports hebdomadaires et au suivi des indicateurs de performance.

Assurer une expérience professionnelle, réactive et de qualité pour les clients et les candidats.

Profil recherché

Exigences essentielles

Excellente maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

Expérience en recrutement, acquisition de talents ou dotation de personnel.

Solides compétences en entrevue, évaluation de candidats et communication avec les clients.

Capacité à mener avec assurance des réunions professionnelles et à rédiger des communications et rapports en français.

Capacité à travailler à distance pendant les heures de bureau de Toronto / heure de l'Est.

Ordinateur fiable, connexion Internet stable et environnement de travail professionnel à distance.

Atouts

Expérience en recrutement dans le secteur de la santé ou de professionnels de la santé réglementés.

Expérience en agence de recrutement ou de dotation.

Expérience en gestion de comptes ou dans un rôle directement orienté client.

Expérience dans le sourcing de professionnels francophones ou bilingues.

Maîtrise d'un système de suivi des candidatures (ATS) et des outils de sourcing.
