Qué buscamos

En Calconut seguimos ampliando nuestra capacidad productiva y buscamos un/a Responsable de Producción con experiencia sólida y demostrable en entornos industriales alimentarios. Buscamos perfiles que hayan trabajado directamente en fábricas con cadenas de producción, gestionando operativa real de planta, equipos de trabajo y procesos productivos exigentes.

No buscamos únicamente perfiles con experiencia en coordinación o supervisión, sino personas que conozcan el ritmo, la presión y las necesidades reales de una industria alimentaria. Necesitamos alguien acostumbrado/a a trabajar en planta, tomar decisiones rápidas, organizar equipos y entender cómo optimizar la producción desde dentro. El reto Calconut

Formarás parte del equipo de producción con responsabilidad directa sobre la gestión de equipos y la eficiencia operativa de tu área. Tendrás impacto en la organización del trabajo, la toma de decisiones en planta y la mejora continua de procesos, siendo un nexo clave entre operativa y dirección. Trabajarás en un entorno industrial dinámico, con cadenas de producción activas, objetivos productivos exigentes y foco constante en calidad, seguridad y mejora continua.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Liderar, coordinar y desarrollar equipos de operarios en entorno industrial alimentario.
  • Gestionar la operativa diaria de producción en líneas y cadenas productivas.
  • Planificar turnos, cargas de trabajo y recursos con visión de eficiencia.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos de producción, calidad y rendimiento.
  • Analizar incidencias y tomar decisiones rápidas con criterio operativo.
  • Supervisar procesos productivos y uso de maquinaria, identificando mejoras.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad alimentaria, PRL y orden.
  • Coordinarse con mantenimiento, calidad y responsables de área para asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de la planta.
  • Actuar como punto de conexión entre operativa y dirección.
  • Impulsar mejoras continuas en procesos, productividad y organización.

Qué buscamos

  • Formación técnica en ingeniería.
  • Experiencia consolidada trabajando en industria alimentaria.
  • Experiencia real en fábricas con cadenas de producción y gestión operativa de planta.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de operarios en entornos industriales exigentes.
  • Experiencia en gestión de producción, no únicamente supervisión.
  • Capacidad analítica para entender procesos, detectar ineficiencias y optimizar recursos.
  • Conocimientos avanzados en Power BI.
  • Conocimientos de herramientas de extracción y digitalización del dato.

Se valorará

  • Experiencia en entornos industriales de alta producción o alimentación.
  • Conocimientos en mejora continua: Lean Manufacturing, 5S, 5 Why’s y Poka-Yoke.
  • Experiencia trabajando con indicadores de producción, rendimiento y eficiencia.
  • Experiencia gestionando equipos en turnos rotativos.
