Healthy Matrix Warehouse S.L, empresa en expansión en el mundo de la almendra, busca cubrir un puesto como Técnico/a de Mantenimiento en su sede ubicada en Mutxamel, Alicante.

Se buscan personas altamente resolutivas, con atención al detalle y capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Sus responsabilidades serán:

- Garantizar el buen funcionamiento de la maquinaria e instalaciones industriales: Realizar revisiones periódicas y controlar el funcionamiento de las máquinas asegurando su rendimiento óptimo y detectando posibles anomalías.

- Identificar y resolver averías, principalmente mecánicas en equipos industriales para minimizar el impacto en las operaciones.

- Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la maquinaria.

- Sustitución de motores, bombas, reductores, cintas transportadoras, cuadros eléctricos y otros elementos clave para garantizar la operatividad de la maquinaria.

- Cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad: Garantizar que todas las tareas se realizan siguiendo las normativas de calidad, seguridad y PRL establecidas.

- Implantación de mejoras en seguridad: Identificar riesgos relacionados con las máquinas y proponer medidas para aumentar la seguridad del personal que las opera.

- Registrar de forma precisa todas las intervenciones realizadas, incluyendo diagnósticos, reparaciones y ajustes, con el objetivo de mantener un historial actualizado y completo de los equipos.

- Reporte de actividades: Informar al responsable sobre el estado de las reparaciones y mantenimiento realizados, así como de cualquier anomalía detectada.

- Orden y limpieza en el área de trabajo: Asegurar un entorno de trabajo organizado y limpio tras cada intervención.
