Aufbau und Leitung des Partnerprogramms

  • Strategische Entwicklung und Umsetzung unseres Affiliate- und Partnerprogramms
  • Identifikation, Ansprache und langfristige Betreuung potenzieller Kooperationspartner
  • Pflege und Ausbau bestehender Partnerschaften
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Onboarding-Prozessen zur erfolgreichen Integration neuer Partner

Webinare zur Leadgenerierung, Partnergewinnung & Community-Building

  • Planung und Koordination zielgruppenspezifischer Webinare
  • Gewinnung von Kooperationspartnern zur Bewerbung der Webinare in deren Netzwerken
  • Analyse, Optimierung und Erfolgsmessung der Webinar-Strategien (KPIs)

Podcast-Management

  • Recherche, Einladung und Betreuung von Podcast-Gästen
  • Koordination der Aufnahme-Termine und inhaltliche Vorbereitung der Interviews
  • Entwicklung von Strategien zur Reichweitensteigerung

Prozessmanagement & interne Zusammenarbeit

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Manuel & Timo und dem Marketing zur Abstimmung von Partneraktivitäten
  • Nutzung und Pflege relevanter Tools (ggf. auch Einführung moderner Lösungen) zur effizienten Organisation
  • Überwachung von KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung und kontinuierlichen Optimierung aller Partnerstrategien

Dein Profil

Du arbeitest täglich eng mit Manuel und Timo zusammen, um unsere Vision nach außen zu tragen, Menschen zu begeistern und starke Partnerschaften aufzubauen. Dafür bringst du Folgendes mit:

Erfahrung im Netzwerkaufbau & Affiliate-Marketing Du hast bereits erfolgreich Partnerprogramme aufgebaut oder Kooperationen in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld etabliert.

Projektmanagement-Skills Du kannst mehrere Projekte parallel koordinieren, behältst Deadlines im Blick und arbeitest strukturiert.

Kommunikationstalent & Verhandlungsgeschick Du begeisterst Menschen für unsere Vision, kannst nachhaltige Beziehungen aufbauen und überzeugst in Verhandlungen.

Digitale Affinität & strategisches Denken Du hast Erfahrung mit Online-Events, Webinaren und Podcasts. Zudem bringst du ein Gespür für datengetriebenes Wachstum und den sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. CRM-Systeme, Webinar- und Podcast-Plattformen) mit.

Interesse an Holistic Health & Wissenschaft Ein Verständnis für Themen wie Epigenetik, funktionelle Medizin und Traumakompetenz ist von Vorteil.

Eigenverantwortung & Innovationskraft Du denkst unternehmerisch, handelst eigenverantwortlich und bringst innovative Ideen ein.
