Deine Mission

Du baust unser Partner-Ökosystem von Grund auf: ein echtes Affiliate-Programm für HealVersity und epigreens, strategische Kooperationen, Sponsorings und Bühnen-Placements für unsere Gesichter. Du bekommst kein fertiges System, das du verwaltest, du konzipierst es, baust es und verantwortest es. Dein Startvorteil: ein Netzwerk aus hunderten Absolvent:innen, die unsere Produkte kennen und leben, und ein reichweitenstarker Podcast, dessen Gäste du zu Partnern machst. Und damit du dich voll auf Beziehungen und Deals konzentrieren kannst: Podcast-Produktion und Formatentwicklung liegen komplett bei einem erfahrenen externen Produktionsprofi, das Publishing bei unserem Marketing-Team.

Affiliate-Programm - der Kern deiner Rolle

  • Du konzipierst und baust das Affiliate-Programm für HealVersity und epigreens auf: Strategie, Partnersegmentierung, Provisionsmodell (gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung), Anforderungen ans Tracking
  • Du entwickelst ein strukturiertes Onboarding: Vision vermitteln, Zielgruppen schärfen, Material bereitstellen
  • Du bereitest Customer-Success-Storys als Partner- und Vertriebsmaterial auf
  • Du betreust und aktivierst bestehende Partner laufend: regelmäßige Bespielung, Austauschformate, Performance-Feedback
  • Du akquirierst aktiv neue Affiliates - insbesondere aus unserem Absolventen-Netzwerk aus Coaches und Practitionern

Kooperationen, Placements & Podcast-Monetarisierung

  • Du bearbeitest und qualifizierst eingehende Kooperationsanfragen
  • Du verhandelst Produktplatzierungen und Sponsorings im Podcast von der Ansprache bis zum Vertrag. Produktion und redaktionelle Umsetzung liegen bei unserem externen Produktionsprofi, du musst hier nichts selbst umsetzen
  • Du platzierst unsere Expert:innen in fremden Podcasts, auf Bühnen und in Fachmedien
  • Du ownst die Gäste unseres Podcasts end-to-end: Du identifizierst und gewinnst Gäste mit Reichweiten-, Cross-Promotion- und Partnerpotenzial, terminierst die Aufnahmen in Abstimmung mit Hosts und Produktion, briefst die Gäste und betreust sie persönlich am Aufnahmetag im Studio in München und machst aus Gästen Partner

epigreens Partnervertrieb

  • Du platzierst epigreens in unserem bestehenden Partnernetzwerk (Coaches, Practitioner, Affiliates)
  • Du baust eine Pipeline für Wiederverkäufer und größere Vertriebspartner auf, Erstansprache und Qualifizierung durch dich, Abschluss gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung

Systeme & KI

  • Du definierst Anforderungen an Automatisierungen rund um Partner-Onboarding, Reporting und Kommunikation und entwickelst sie mit unserem Stack (n8n, ActiveCampaign, Close CRM) weiter
  • Du arbeitest selbstverständlich mit KI-Tools und hast Lust, damit Prozesse zu bauen statt nur Texte zu generieren

Woran wir Erfolg messen

Transparenz vorab, so sieht ein erfolgreiches erstes Jahr aus:

  • Monat 1–3: Das Affiliate-Konzept steht (Segmente, Provisionslogik, Materialpaket), die ersten 10–15 aktiven Partner sind onboarded
  • Monat 4–6: Das Programm läuft operativ, erste messbare Partner-Umsätze, epigreens ist bei Bestandspartnern platziert
  • Monat 7–12: Der Affiliate-Kanal trägt einen definierten Umsatzanteil, die Placement-Pipeline für Podcast und Bühnen läuft, die Reseller-Pipeline für epigreens steht

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung im Affiliate-, Partner- oder Kooperationsmanagement oder nachweisbare Erfolge im beziehungsgetriebenen Vertrieb (z. B. Influencer-Kooperationen, Business Development)
  • Verhandlungssicheres, selbstbewusstes Auftreten - du sprichst mit Coaches genauso souverän wie mit hochkarätigen Podcast-Gästen und potenziellen Sponsoring-Partnern
  • Hohe Selbstorganisation und Priorisierungsfähigkeit: Du baust Systeme, keine To-do-Listen
  • Technische Affinität: CRM, Automatisierung, KI-Tools - du musst nichts programmieren, aber du willst verstehen und mitgestalten
  • Affinität zu Gesundheit, Functional Medicine oder Longevity
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau

Nice to have: eigenes Netzwerk im Health-, Coaching- oder Creator-Umfeld · Erfahrung mit Affiliate-Tracking oder Provisionsabrechnung · DTC-/E-Commerce-Erfahrung
