You will work with teams across the organization to diagnose issues, guide users, provision equipment and accounts, and identify opportunities to improve the support experience. Your work will help maintain reliable, secure and efficient technology services for the people who build and support our software solutions.

On-site: This role is based on-site in Dallas.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve corporate user service desk tickets in a timely manner while maintaining appropriate documentation and service levels.
  • Investigate and resolve desktop operating-system, application and connectivity issues for Windows and Mac users.
  • Provision and support laptop computers using Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including installation and configuration of peripherals.
  • Provision and maintain user accounts in systems including Okta, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 in accordance with approvals and security standards.
  • Support Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Exchange and SharePoint, and other corporate systems.
  • Support Microsoft Entra ID, multifactor authentication, conditional access, device-compliance policies and endpoint-security controls.
  • Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues involving VPN and Wi-Fi.
  • Support printers, copiers, scanners, conference-room audiovisual systems, projectors and other office technology.
  • Document existing and new processes and systems in accordance with corporate standards.
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and communicate status, impact and next steps to users and partner teams.
  • Look for opportunities to streamline and automate support processes and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Use PowerShell, Microsoft Graph or approved automation tools to streamline provisioning, troubleshooting, software deployment and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate asset, configuration and user records.

What You'll Bring

You bring a customer-focused approach, strong technical troubleshooting skills and the judgment to resolve issues efficiently while protecting the organization's systems and data. You are comfortable supporting a varied user community, learning new technologies and balancing immediate service needs with continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience in a service operations or service desk role in an enterprise or SaaS environment.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with peers, business partners, customers and senior leaders.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 11 and macOS in an enterprise environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint compliance and multifactor authentication.
  • Basic ability to use PowerShell or another scripting language for troubleshooting and administrative automation.
  • Understanding of endpoint-security fundamentals, including encryption, patching, antivirus or EDR and secure configuration.
  • Proficiency troubleshooting networking and connectivity, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, routing, VPN and Wi-Fi.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and other third-party or in-house applications.
  • Experience installing and configuring desktop equipment and peripheral devices.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and access-management operations.
  • Ability to learn new skills, prioritize competing requests and execute multiple tasks with consistent follow-through.
  • Understanding of service desk operations, including incident, problem, change and request processes and ITIL concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow in an IT service-management or service-operations role.
  • Experience with Healthcare industry HIPAA regulations. Similar regulated industry experience considered such as PCI and SOX.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
