Jij zit aan het stuur in het voortraject van woningbouwprojecten. Dat is waar jouw hart sneller van gaat kloppen. Als Senior Planontwikkelaar Wonen geef jij richting aan onze nieuwbouw en transformatieprojecten: van het Programma van Eisen tot en met de contractfase. Jij bent hét aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever en de spil in het team dat samen het plan waarmaakt.

Wat ga je doen?

Je pakt de regie over het volledige planontwikkeltraject. Je overziet het geheel, stuurt scherp op duurzaamheid, kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en kosten en werkt samen met de klant toe naar een sterk en maakbaar plan binnen de afgesproken kaders.

• Je stuurt het complete planontwikkelingstraject aan: van eerste initiatief tot technisch ontwerp;

• Je onderhoudt intensief contact met opdrachtgevers, adviseurs, strategische partners en leveranciers;

• Je zet haalbaarheidsstudies op en toetst ramingen en begrotingen vanuit jouw kostendeskundige blik;

• Je ziet kansen, initieert alternatieven en optimaliseert waar het kan;

• Je presenteert plannen en aanbiedingen met overtuiging op directieniveau;

• Je stelt contracten op en zorgt voor heldere afspraken;

• Je geeft leiding aan het projectteam en brengt focus en energie in de planontwikkelingsfase.

Deze baan als Planontwikkelaar past bij jou, omdat:

Je bent een natuurlijke regisseur die floreert in het speelveld van nieuwbouw en transformatie. Grotere, binnenstedelijke en complexe projecten geven jou juist energie. Je weet mensen te enthousiasmeren, mee te nemen en uit te dagen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen. Met jouw technische kennis en scherpe analyse houd je grip op inhoud en proces. En doordat je helder en open communiceert, loopt de samenwerking soepel en zonder ruis.

Om opdrachtgevers telkens weer positief te verrassen, neem je het volgende mee:

• Minimaal hbo werk en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting (commerciële) bouwkunde;

• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als planontwikkelaar in het voortraject bij een (ontwikkelende) bouwer;

• Ervaring met grootschalige nieuwbouw en transformatieprojecten;

• Leidinggevende en coördinerende kwaliteiten, gecombineerd met daadkracht en inlevingsvermogen;

• Een proactieve, commerciële en resultaatgerichte instelling, aangevuld met creativiteit en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
