Fleetch accompagne les chauffeurs professionnels VTC et assure la gestion de flotte automobile. Pour renforcer son pôle Formation et garantir la qualité de ses services, l’entreprise recrute un Responsable des examens professionnels.

Votre rôle sera d’évaluer les futurs chauffeurs avant l’attribution d’un véhicule et de contribuer à la sécurité et au professionnalisme du transport VTC à Abidjan.

Vos missions

Rattaché(e) au Marketing Manager et en collaboration avec le Formateur Théorique, vous serez chargé(e) de :

  • Réaliser des tests pratiques de conduite sur route, d’une durée minimum de 20 minutes par candidat.
  • Évaluer la maîtrise du véhicule, le respect du Code de la route et l’application des règles de sécurité et de la conduite défensive.
  • Apprécier le comportement du candidat au volant : courtoisie, civisme, gestion du stress et attitude professionnelle.
  • Repérer rapidement les bons réflexes et les habitudes de conduite à corriger.
  • Rapporter un avis impartial et valider ou refuser l’aptitude opérationnelle du candidat.
  • Transmettre les résultats au pôle Assignation.
  • Représenter Fleetch et promouvoir ses exigences en matière de conduite et de sécurité.

Profil recherché

  • Être titulaire d’un certificat ou d’une attestation de moniteur d’auto-école ou de formateur à la conduite, délivré(e) par un organisme agréé, notamment la SOTRA et/ou l’OSER.
  • Être titulaire d’un permis B valide depuis au moins 3 ans.
  • Justifier d’une expérience réussie comme moniteur d’auto-école, idéalement auprès d’un volume important d’élèves ou de chauffeurs.
  • Maîtriser parfaitement le Code de la route et les règles de sécurité routière.
  • Faire preuve d’impartialité, de pédagogie et d’un excellent sens du relationnel.
  • Être capable d’évaluer la conduite d’un candidat dans un temps limité.
  • Faire preuve de patience, de sang-froid et de résistance au stress.
