Contexte

Fleetch crée à Abidjan un Centre de Contrôle et d'Opérations. Sa mission : suivre en temps réel les balises GPS de la flotte, faire respecter les règles de circulation (zone autorisée, kilométrage, vitesse), bloquer les véhicules quand c'est nécessaire et les récupérer rapidement sur le terrain.

Ton rôle

Rattaché(e) au Responsable du Centre de Contrôle, tu surveilles la flotte depuis le centre et tu veilles au respect des règles par les chauffeurs.

Tes missions

  • Traiter les alertes GPS en temps réel dans Fleeti et Mapping Control (balise coupée, sortie de zone, vitesse, conduite).
  • Suivre le kilométrage des chauffeurs : solde hebdomadaire, messages de prévention, vente des packs kilométriques, blocage et déblocage des véhicules.
  • Appeler les chauffeurs pour comprendre et régulariser chaque situation.
  • Déclencher les interventions des agents terrain quand c'est nécessaire.
  • Vérifier les données : positions GPS, adresses des home inspections, permissions de sortie de zone.
  • Tenir le registre des incidents et repérer les chauffeurs récidivistes.

Profil recherché

  • Bac+2 minimum (gestion, logistique, statistiques ou équivalent)
  • Première expérience en analyse de données, centre d'appels, suivi de flotte ou opérations
  • À l'aise avec Excel / Google Sheets et les outils informatiques
  • Rigoureux(se), organisé(e), capable de gérer plusieurs alertes en même temps
  • Bon contact téléphonique, poli mais ferme
  • Disponible pour travailler en horaires décalés, certains week-ends et en astreinte
