Heidelberg Materials België is momenteel op zoek naar een

DIENSTHOOFD MECHANISCH ONDERHOUD

om het team van Gent te versterken.

Jouw taken & verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je zorgt voor het goede verloop van de onderhoudswerken, om een stabiel werkende installatie te verkrijgen en te behouden.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een team van techniekers.
  • Je organiseert en coördineert de werkzaamheden (preventief & predictief onderhoud, preventieve revisie) binnen de mechanische dienst.
  • Je neemt deel aan intern overleg en interne werkgroepen en je helpt mee aan verbeterprojecten.
  • Je neemt een actief deel aan het investeringsplan.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van prijsaanvragen, contracten en bestellingen.
  • Je houdt toezicht op de regels veiligheid & milieu.
  • Je beheert de technische documentatie.
  • Je houdt de equipment tree in SAP up-to-date.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een Bachelordiploma in mechanica of elektromechanica.
  • Je hebt al enige ervaring in een mechanische onderhoudsdienst, bij voorkeur in een industriële productieomgeving.
  • Je bent een People Manager met uitstekende communicatievaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een probleemoplossende and hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Als een echte organisatietalent ben je ook stressbestendig, met een proactieve houding.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Frans en het Engels.
  • Je hebt enige kennis van SAP.
