Heidelberg Materials Nederland is momenteel op zoek naar een

MECHANISCH MONTEUR

om het team te versterken in IJmuiden.

Als Mechanisch monteur ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het betrouwbaar en veilig laten draaien van onze installaties. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat onze werktuigbouwkundige systemen optimaal blijven functioneren. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is: het ene moment los je een complexe storing op, het volgende moment voer je gepland onderhoud uit of werk je mee aan een technisch project. Met jouw vakkennis, inzicht en hands-on mentaliteit maak je echt het verschil. Je krijgt volop ruimte om mee te denken over verbeteringen en bij te dragen aan slimme oplossingen die onze processen efficiënter en betrouwbaarder maken.

Wat ga jij als Mechanisch monteur doen?

  • Uitvoeren van alle voorkomende werktuigbouwkundige werkzaamheden op het gebied van onderhoud, reparatie en modificaties.
  • Verhelpen van storingen en stellen van diagnoses aan de hand van meldingen vanuit productie en de technische dienst.
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van extern firmapersoneel bij uitbesteed werk.
  • Deelnemen aan consignatiediensten (bereikbaarheidsdiensten).
  • Werken volgens alle geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften, waaronder LOTOTO-procedures, werkvergunningen en taak-risico analyses.

Vereisten

Om deze functie goed te kunnen vervullen, heb je een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in de richting van Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met werktuigbouwkundige installaties en affiniteit met onderhoud en storingsoplossing in een industriële omgeving. Daarnaast ben je praktisch ingesteld, technisch nieuwsgierig en gemotiveerd om je vakkennis verder te ontwikkelen

Je bent een enthousiaste technicus die graag zelfstandig werkt, maar ook een echte teamspeler is. Je denkt in oplossingen, hebt oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een goed draaiend proces. In een dynamische omgeving blijf jij rustig, flexibel en professioneel.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Een afgeronde vakopleiding Werktuigbouwkunde op mbo-niveau 3 of 4 (of gelijkwaardig).
  • Relevante werkervaring in een technische of industriële omgeving.
  • Een flexibele en gemotiveerde instelling.
  • Bereidheid om consignatiediensten te lopen.
