Popis nabídky práce

Popis práce:

Projekt v oblasti energetiky

• Podílí se na nastavení procesů

• Účastní se implementace SW FAMA+

• Zpracovává přijaté faktury, zajišťuje jejich reklamace, přefakturaci

• Přijímá požadavky na přepis médií

• Poskytuje podklady pro přepis médií

• Stanovuje požadovanou výši nastavení záloh na energie

• Zodpovídá za úplnost a správnost informací zadaných do FAMA+

• Zajišťuje administrativu a komunikaci napříč společností v rámci své kompetence

Finanční operace

• Příprava podkladů pro fakturaci dodávek energií (plyn, elektřina)

• Příprava podkladů pro fakturaci dodávek tepla

• Podílí se na přípravě podkladů pro účetní závěrku (např. odhadované položky)

• V jeho nepřítomnosti zastupuje ekonoma společnosti

• Spolupráce na cenách tepla a elektřiny
