Als Online Sales Manager begleitest du unsere Kunden vom ersten Gespräch bis zur Unterschrift. Im Mittelpunkt steht dabei nicht einfach Beratung, sondern echtes Verstehen, Vertrauen aufbauen und daraus konsequent Abschlüsse machen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Verkauf von Wärmepumpen, Photovoltaikanlagen und ganzheitlichen Energielösungen erfolgen per Telefon und Videocall – ausschließlich mit vorqualifizierten, eingehenden Leads.
  • Ein klar definierter und skalierbarer Sales-Prozess bildet die Grundlage, um Interessenten strukturiert bis zum Abschluss zu führen.
  • Analyse individueller Kundensituationen (Gebäude, Verbrauch, Ziele) und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Konzepte gehören zum Daily Business.
  • Angebote werden nicht nur erstellt, sondern überzeugend präsentiert und konsequent bis zur Unterschrift nachverfolgt – mit direktem Einfluss auf dein Einkommen durch eine ungedeckelte Provision.
  • Der Aufbau belastbarer Kundenbeziehungen sowie die Rolle als zentraler Ansprechpartner im gesamten Verkaufsprozess sichern nachhaltigen Erfolg.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit einem leistungsstarken Team, kurze Entscheidungswege und echter Gestaltungsspielraum schaffen die Basis für maximale Performance.
  • Aktives Einbringen von Feedback trägt dazu bei, Prozesse und Vertrieb kontinuierlich auf das nächste Level zu heben.

Dein Profil

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im abschlussorientierten Vertrieb – idealerweise am Telefon oder im Videocall Closing ist kein Zufall, sondern das Ergebnis von Struktur, Klarheit und Konsequenz
  • Ein gutes Gespür für Menschen und die Fähigkeit, schnell Vertrauen aufzubauen Klare, souveräne und überzeugende Kommunikation – ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack
  • Starker Fokus auf Ergebnisse, Zahlen und Performance sowie der Anspruch, mehr zu erreichen als der Durchschnitt Hohe Eigenmotivation, überdurchschnittlich zu verdienen und Verantwortung für die eigenen Ergebnisse zu übernehmen
  • Belastbarkeit und Fokus auch in intensiven Phasen Dranbleiben, nachfassen und Deals konsequent zum Abschluss bringen
