Wir suchen einen Servicetechniker SHK (m/w/d), der mit technischem Know-how, Eigenverantwortung und Freude am Kundenkontakt unser Team verstärkt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Inbetriebnahme moderner Wärmepumpenanlagen bei unseren Kunden
  • Die Durchführung von Wartungs-, Inspektions- und Reparaturarbeiten an Wärmepumpen und Heizungsanlagen liegt in deiner Verantwortung
  • Dabei nimmst du eine eigenständige Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Durchführung von Fehlerdiagnosen vor
  • Du kontrollierst die Anlagen auf Funktion, Sicherheit und energieeffiziente Einstellungen
  • Du erklärst unseren Kunden verständlich die Bedienung ihrer Anlage und beantwortest ihre Fragen Die Digitale Dokumentation der durchgeführten Serviceeinsätze ist von die zu gewährleisten
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Innen- und Außendienst zusammen

Dein Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation kannst du vorweisen
  • Eine Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kunden sowie ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an innovativen Heizsystemen sowie die Bereitschaft, sich kontinuierlich weiterzubilden bringst du mit
  • Du überzeugst durch deinenTeamgeist, deine Zuverlässigkeit und dein Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein der Klasse B bringst du mit
